Broker, CEOKris Johnston is setting new benchmarks in Real Estate. With an early start in the banking industry, becoming a Vice President of a Savings and Loan in her 20's, she soon became interested in the lucrative investment side of Real Estate. Dreams do come true. With the experience that comes with years of investing, designing, and building homes and ranches, she felt her experience could help represent and mentor buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams.
Receiving the desired letter at Sotheby's International earning Top 1% in a sales force of 45,000. Being an eager and creative trailblazer, it wasn't long before Kris gathered a new fabulous team, and began her own brokerage as co-founder of Central Coast Landmark Properties.
More success came. Early in 2018, Kris merged her entire team with a company that was on the path to excellence. Kris became the Managing Broker/Partner of Engel & Völkers Santa Ynez. Same office location, same team, yet now Globally connected. The collaboration with the top offices in this country alone has led to a wealth of referrals and many lifelong friendships.
